Dr. Ula Khayyat, C. Psych.

Dr. Ula Khayyat earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Windsor and is recognized for her competency in both clinical and forensic services, including correctional psychology. She is a highly trained and experienced psychologist offering comprehensive psychological assessments for adults (18+). Dr. Khayyat specializes in evaluating and diagnosing mental health disorders such as mood, anxiety, trauma, personality, substance use, and ADHD. Additionally, she provides forensic risk assessments that are applicable in legal and correctional contexts. Whether you have been struggling with long-standing concerns, observed recent changes in your mental health, or are uncertain about your experiences, Dr. Khayyat can assist you in gaining clarity and direction through effective therapy.


With a holistic and thorough approach to psychological assessment, Dr. Khayyat helps individuals understand their mental health challenges. Her process includes a detailed review of referral information and medical and psychological history. She conducts in-depth clinical interviews and incorporates psychological testing to deliver a nuanced and comprehensive evaluation. Dr. Khayyat’s assessments culminate in a detailed, personalized report that features diagnostic conclusions and tailored treatment recommendations.

Audice Nasser, Ph.D., MA. Counselling Psych.

Audice Nasser is a passionate psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. With a holistic approach that combines psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, and mindfulness, Audice creates a safe, inclusive space for clients to reconnect with their authentic selves and unlock their full potential. Audice specializes in supporting adults facing PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and career challenges, with a particular focus on Canadian veterans, first responders, and newcomers. Committed to inclusivity, Audice welcomes individuals from all walks of life, including BIPOC and 2SLGBTQI+ communities.


Beyond clinical practice, Audice teaches Psychology at Seneca Polytechnic, inspiring future professionals and sharing practical insights across multiple campuses. Audice also volunteers as a Patient and Family Advisor at Humber Regional Hospital, contributing to patient-centered care initiatives and policy improvements. 


Audice’s philosophy is rooted in empowerment—providing clients with lasting tools for personal growth and self-awareness. Guided by compassion and professionalism, Audice strives to make therapy a transformative experience that fosters resilience and purpose.

Selene Khosla, Ph.D.

Selene Khosla, Ph.D., is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Indira Gandhi University, India, and is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centred psychological care.  


Ms. Khosla works with adults and provides psychotherapy for a wide range of concerns, including relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. She offers a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals who may be experiencing long-standing difficulties, recent changes in emotional well-being, or uncertainty about their experiences. She helps clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

Ms. Khosla takes a client-centred and eclectic approach to psychotherapy, integrating psychodynamic psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She works collaboratively with clients to identify goals, deepen self-understanding, and build practical strategies that support emotional well-being and healthier relationships.

Intake Coordinator- Danielle F.

As the intake coordinator for the practice, Danielle serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience from the outset. With a master's degree in health psychology, she has a strong background in behavioural science, evidence-based practices, and the connection between mental and physical health. Danielle is extremely passionate about providing patient-centred care and fostering empathy to help clients feel understood and supported throughout their journey.
